    Hi team!

hope you are all doing well and looking forward to your stay in
germany! There is some infomation remaining. Please answer to this
    email individually.

One question first: Are you comfortable riding the bike? For the
tripp to the Lausitz we need to know how to plan our means of transport

Please read the following information CAREFULLY! I recomand you to
write a checklist, where you can tick of the items

    - Keep in mind, that you have different departures, so you need to
make seperate arrangements for transport to the airport! Make sure
you get to the airport 2 HOURS BEFORE DEPARTURE. If you have any
questions concerning your flights, don't hesitate to call or email
    me! My number: (+49) 015776823912

    - Please bring the following items, if available:
         1. vaccination card
         2. copy of passport
         3. receipts of ALL expenses you had for the visa process.
Especially a receipt for the money you paid at the embassy!
         4. A receipt of your expenses for transport to the airport

    - The weather can be quite unpredictable in germany in September
(around 15°C in average). So make sure you bring warm clothing.
Especially a rain jacket. If you don't own a rain jacket, let us
know, so we can obtain one for you. But also pack cloth for warmer
days. Washing machines are availible, so you don't need to pack to
    much cloth.

    - Bring comfortable shoes! We will do a lot of walking.

    - There will also be the possibility to cook at your accomodation.
We will mainly be self-catering. Keep in mind, that the team on the
german side is vegan. This means we don't eat meat or dairy
products! If you want to eat meat or dairy products, you need to buy
    and cook them yourself.

    - You had requested some holiday activities. Please keep in mind
that the character of this project is very different then the
volunteer programmes in kenya. This is not a holiday tripp! Anyways
we will try to include some holidays into the programme.

Unfortunately I won't be able to pick you up at the airport, but
will join you guys from the 19th. Kathy and Jannik will pick you up
and accompany you during the first days.
In case of any difficulties pease call them

    Kathy (+49) 0176 58913564
    Jannik (+49) 0179 4255037

So far for now. Very happy to meet you guys soon!

    Cheers, Sara
