The appointment was ok.I'm hopefull for the best.I will be coming for the 21days,i have already started preparing as i wait for the visa approval. Halake had the appointment today so im yet to hear from him how it went. It is a great sacrifice i have made on my side since i had delegated what i was co-ordinating.I did not want to dissapoint you even abit.... Hope to hear from you soon! Cheers, Kiti.

Anzazi, since the flight is fixed you have to decide whether you are coming or not, there is no middle way. It is not possible to change the names for the flight and it is not possible to change the flight dates.

We would like to know as soon as possible when you get response from the embassy. If it turns out that the embassy works faster than they say (they say they need 10-14 days for the visa) then we will also send the documents for Zack and Mercy hoping that it will work for them too. If the embassy is quite slow in this process it will not make sense for Zack and Mercy to go to the appointment. So it is really important for our next steps that you write us as soon as you hear something from the embassy.

At the moment the spirit of the team in Germany is quite down because there are so many difficulties that sometimes we doubt that it will be working out. We have already spent so many hours of work and also some money on this project so some people of us are very nervous about it. But we just had our weekly conference this morning and we said that even if only you two are coming we will be very happy and do a nice programm for you. I am telling you this so that you get a better impression about what is going on here.
