Hello Barbara? Today ib the morning I visited Germany embassy.  I
presented all the documents necessary for the visa. Thing seems good and
they retained passport and told me that they will send next week. I have
high hopes that it will be well.  I also noted that the obligations form
had an error on the date of birth which it indicates 1984 instead of
1989.  I enquired whether that's an issue but thd lady confirmed that it
is not a problem. I am looking forward to seeing you. Good afternoon.

Hello you two,
how are you? Did your appointments at the embassy go well?
I dont know how much of the ongoing struggle on our side you are aware
of. Zack and Mercy didnt get an appointment at the embassy until the
26th of August which is from our opinion too late to get visa in time.
So at the moment the biggest hope for us is that you two get yor visa
and you both are coming to meet us.

Anzazi, since the flight is fixed you have to decide whether you are
coming or not, there is no middle way. It is not possible to change the
names for the flight and it is not possible to change the flight dates.

We would like to know as soon as possible when you get response from the
embassy. If it turns out that the embassy works faster than they say
(they say they need 10-14 days for the visa) then we will also send the
documents for Zack and Mercy hoping that it will work for them too. If
the embassy is quite slow in this process it will not make sense for
Zack and Mercy to go to the appointment. So it is really important for
our next steps that you write us as soon as you hear something from the
embassy.

At the moment the spirit of the team in Germany is quite down because
there are so many difficulties that sometimes we doubt that it will be
working out. We have already spent so many hours of work and also some
money on this project so some people of us are very nervous about it.
But we just had our weekly conference this morning and we said that even
if only you two are coming we will be very happy and do a nice programm
for you. I am telling you this so that you get a better impression about
what is going on here.
