Hi,
here are some last informations and questions:

You will be picked up by Jannik and Kathy at the airport. They come with
a car which is only for 5 people, so Jannik will hitchhike the way back.
But that means the car is not big, so please bring as little luggage as
possible, you will do all together a 600km ride in that car! We will
also do some travelling and you need to be able to carry your own
luggage all by yourself!

Usually you are also restricted to 20kg by the flightcompany, otherwise
you have to pay a lot.

You will be allowed to bring a small bag as handluggage into the plane.
You should have one set of changing cloth all your important things, and
whatever you need for the first day because it happens especially with
long flights, that the luggage gets lost and arrives later. There should
be no fluids in your handluggage (and no knifes no scissores, nothing
that can cause fire, ...), you will not be allowed to take it into the
airplane. Any fluids that you want to bring (for example shampoo) you
should put into your main luggage.
Food and drinks are included on the flight, usually you dont need to
take any with you.
The main luggage is often not handles with great care, so try not to
bring something that can break and close the luggage in a way that it
will not open on its own by accident.
Oh, also good to know is that it is often not very warm on the airplane,
so take a comfortable longsleeve with you so that you dont freeze.

Is there anything special you need here? Is there something we should
know about food? Something you dont wish to eat? Something that we
should provide for you?

When you make a copy of your passport, also make one of the Visa!

And dont forget to be at the airport two hours before your flight is
leaving, it takes some time to check in! Dont forget the prints of your
flight reservations.

I am excited to meet you soon! Have a good flight!

Cheers, Barbara
